Cykelcafé Le Mond som för 2026 har blivit generös sponsor av klubben bjuder på förtäring och bryggkaffe eller te, tack Kalle!
Ni kan som medlemmar i CK Valhall passa på att köpa kaffebönor, kepsar och t-shirts i caféet till exklusiv 30% rabatt!

Vid årsmötet kommer sedvanliga punkter enligt föreningens stadgar avhandlas - såsom val av styrelse, verksamhets och förvaltningsberättelse för 2025.

Verksamhetsplan och budget för 2026 kommer presenteras, inklusive den betydelsefulla satsningen Valhall Cycling Academy. Vi kommer presentera våra nya fina sponsoravtal, och beskriva klubbens förmåner och åtaganden i dessa. Vi kommer också visa designen för den nya tävlingsdräkten för 2026.

Utöver sedvanliga punkter kommer årsmötet även att besluta om

  • Förslag om justering av stadgarna så att samtliga styrelsens ledamöter och ordförande kan väljas varje år
  • Förslag till ersättning till ordförande och ledamöter i styrelsen i form av kostnadsfritt medlemsskap och en tävlingsdräkt

Senast en vecka innan årsmötet kommer handlingar och förslag - inklusive förslag till ny styrelse - skickas ut via mail.

Vänligen OSA senast den 17 februari så att vi kan informera Le Mond om hur många vi blir.

PS. Gör också en notering i kalendern att vi har Klubbkväll om Vätternrundan och Tävlingsteknik & Strategi 3 mars, även detta på Le Mond!

Welcome to the Annual General Meeting of CK Valhall

Cykelcafé Le Mond, which has become a generous sponsor of the club for 2026, will provide food and brewed coffee or tea — thank you, Kalle!
As members of CK Valhall, you will also have the opportunity to purchase coffee beans, caps, and t-shirts at the café with an exclusive 30% discount.

At the Annual General Meeting, the usual items in accordance with the association’s bylaws will be addressed — such as the election of the board and the presentation of the operational and financial reports for 2025.

The business plan and budget for 2026 will be presented, including the important initiative Valhall Cycling Academy. We will present our new sponsorship agreements and explain the club’s benefits and commitments within these. We will also showcase the design of the new racing kit for 2026.

In addition to the standard agenda items, the AGM will also decide on:

  • A proposal to amend the bylaws so that all board members and the chair can be elected annually

  • A proposal for compensation to the chair and board members in the form of complimentary membership and a racing kit

No later than one week before the AGM, documents and proposals — including the proposal for a new board — will be sent out by email.

Please RSVP no later than February 17 so that we can inform Le Mond of the number of attendees.
